About the Role:Triunity Software is looking for a talented Business Systems Analyst to join our growing team in Calgary, AB. Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for development teams
  • Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to align business and IT objectives
  • Develop use cases, process flows, and user stories to support solution design
  • Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support QA efforts throughout the project lifecycle
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, project managers, and business leaders
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Experience with data analysis tools and SQL is considered an asset
