About the Role:Triunity Software is looking for a sharp and driven Business Systems Analyst to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of business and technology, helping translate complex business needs into powerful software solutions. If you love solving problems and making systems work smarter, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
  • Evaluate existing systems and workflows to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and walkthroughs with cross-functional teams
  • Develop use cases, process flow diagrams, and user stories to support system design
  • Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate that solutions meet business needs
  • Support system implementations, upgrades, and post-launch monitoring
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role in a software/tech environment
  • Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence
  • Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency in SQL or data querying is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred
