Being part of Air Canada is to become part of an iconic Canadian symbol, recently ranked the best Airline in North America. Let your career take flight by joining our diverse and vibrant team at the leading edge of passenger aviation.

Air Canada is seeking a Product Manager to build the tools our marketing teams work in and the experiences our customers see.

You will work on both sides of marketing. Some of what you build is for marketers: the tools and workflows teams use to plan, create, target, launch, and measure their work. Some of it is for customers: the personalized experiences those
teams deliver across our digital channels.

This role works across the marketing stack rather than inside a single platform. We are looking for a product manager who is comfortable in the space between strategy and delivery. Someone who can set direction with senior stakeholders,
translate it into a roadmap, and then build a working version to prove it.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for marketing tools and customer-facing marketing experiences.
  • Understand how marketers actually work. Find where the workflow is slow, manual, or breaks down, and fix it.
  • Lead the development of new capabilities on both sides: AI-assisted workflows for marketing teams, and personalized experiences for customers across digital channels.
  • Build prototypes and working proofs of concept, and put them in front of real users before committing to full investment.
  • Design and apply AI workflows for marketing work, including content generation, quality evaluation, and internal tooling.
  • Partner with platform, data, development, and marketing teams to move proven capabilities into production.
  • Measure what you ship. Adoption and time saved for internal tools. Engagement and conversion for customer-facing work.
  • Translate business objectives into structured product initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • Build business cases and present recommendations to marketing and technology leadership.
  • Champion standards for quality, consistency, consent, and measurement across everything marketing delivers.
  • Stay current with developments in marketing technology, personalization, and applied AI.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, development, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 5+ years in product management, marketing technology, or technical product ownership.
  • Experience building internal tools and customer-facing products.
  • Familiarity with marketing platform tools such as Adobe Experience Platform, and a working understanding of how customer data, personalization, and journey or email platforms fit together.
  • Practical experience designing and evaluating AI-assisted workflows for a real use case.
  • Comfort working hands-on with APIs, automation tools, and AI prototyping environments. You do not need to be an developer, but you should be able to make progress without waiting for one.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across product, design, development, and marketing.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with evaluation methods for AI-generated content.
  • Experience delivering  AI-enabled customer  experiences.
  • Experience in airline, travel, loyalty, or large-scale consumer digital products.
