About GeneralMind

GeneralMind builds AI Systems of Action for complex enterprise workflows. We deploy AI employees that automate messy operational handovers across supply chains - processing orders, validating invoices, coordinating suppliers, and handling exceptions directly on top of enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, JDE, and Dynamics.

Our platform combines AI agents, operational context graphs, and real transaction data to achieve Autopilot-grade automation in real operational environments.

We work closely with leading global companies across manufacturing, retail, and logistics to deploy AI into mission-critical workflows.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who can operate at the intersection of enterprise operations, AI systems, and platform product strategy.

You will work closely with customers, founders, and engineering teams to understand how large enterprises actually operate: ERP systems, supply chain workflows, approvals, exceptions, emails, spreadsheets, and fragmented operational processes.

This is not a traditional roadmap-management role. A core part of the job is identifying the reusable platform hidden underneath customer-specific operational problems. You will help determine what becomes a platform capability and what stays customer-specific, where configuration ends and engineering begins, where AI can reliably automate workflows, and where humans should remain in the loop.

Tasks

  • Work directly with enterprise customers to deeply understand operational workflows and pain points.

  • Translate customer realities into scalable product and platform decisions.

  • Define roadmap priorities across platform, workflow, and AI capabilities.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams on architecture and product tradeoffs.

  • Drive product thinking around AI agents, workflow orchestration, and enterprise operations.

  • Identify recurring patterns across customers and turn them into reusable product abstractions.

  • Help define the long-term platform strategy of the company.

  • Improve how we capture, operationalise, and learn from customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Strong product thinking and systems intuition.

  • Deep understanding of enterprise operations, supply chain workflows, or ERP systems.

  • Ability to operate effectively in highly technical environments.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Ability to balance customer needs with long-term platform strategy.

  • A strong ownership mentality and execution focus.

  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Excitement about AI-native products and autonomous systems.
