
The Member Advocate serves as a primary point of contact for healthcare members, assisting with benefit explanations, claims resolution, and provider coordination. They manage inbound and outbound inquiries across multiple channels while maintaining accurate documentation of all member interactions.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or healthcare setting. Proficiency in MS Office and a typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 90% accuracy are required.
