
The Customer Service Representative provides a positive first impression by delivering friendly, courteous, and accurate banking services to clients. They are responsible for performing efficient transactions while adhering to all bank policies and federal regulations.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess basic math, 10-key, and keyboarding skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and previous experience in retail or consumer service delivery are required.
