
The Financial Analyst will support financial planning, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives to drive strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include automating reporting processes, validating financial data, and performing variance analysis to improve operational performance.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and possess at least 2 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills are required to manage large data sets and complex reporting tasks.
