The role operates within a multidisciplinary infrastructure environment and manages project execution from initiation through completion while maintaining compliance with contractual obligations, engineering standards, and quality requirements.
The position provides leadership across project planning, stakeholder coordination, contract administration, budget management, and technical delivery activities. Responsibilities include collaboration with consultants, contractors, government agencies, and regulatory stakeholders to support project execution and reporting requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate brings 6 to 10 years of civil and structural engineering experience, including bridge design, inspection, infrastructure project delivery, and project management exposure within regulated transportation environments.
