Business Development Analyst

What You'll Do

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities.
  • Analyze financial data and develop business cases to support strategic initiatives.
  • Assess competitive landscapes and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Finance teams on growth initiatives.
  • Support proposal development, executive presentations, and customer-facing materials.
  • Track key business development metrics and performance indicators.
  • Assist with evaluating partnerships, acquisitions, and other strategic opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, strategy, market analysis, financial analysis, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing, technology, supply chain, or electronics industries.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, CRM systems, or market intelligence tools.
  • Exposure to strategic planning, corporate development, or M&A activities.

The pay range for this role is $65,500 - $117,900. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. The anticipated close date of this job requisition is: December 31, 2026.

As part of the total rewards package, Jabil offers benefits to enhance your health, wealth, and resilient self. These include medical, dental, and vision insurance plans; paid time off accruing at a rate of 3.07 hours during your first year of employment; 4 weeks of paid parental leave; in 2027, 11 company-paid holidays (9 fixed holidays and 2 optional floating holidays), subject to change yearly; 401(k) retirement plan; and employee stock purchase plan.
