
The Senior Product Manager will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the core practice management platform to improve clinician and patient experiences. They will lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, while identifying opportunities for AI-driven automation.
Candidates must have 5-7+ years of product management experience, including at least 2-3 years in a healthcare technology environment. Proficiency in practice management systems, EMRs, and Agile delivery is required, along with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
This is a hybrid position (4 days per week in office from 1 of our office locations below and 1 day remote).

Reporting to the Director, Products and Platforms, the Senior Product Manager, Practice Management will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our core practice management platform, the system that runs the clinic operating experience end to end, from the clinician-facing capabilities used to manage day-to-day practice operations to the patient-facing experiences that guide patients through their journey with a clinic. The role also extends into new and emerging product areas, including the application of AI within the practice management experience. Sitting at the intersection of clinical operations, design, engineering, analytics, and delivery, you will align diverse teams around a shared vision, scale the platform, and deliver measurable value for patients, clinicians, and the business alike.
