As a Party Reference Data Operations Analyst within Party Reference Data Operations, you will oversee the onboarding and lifecycle maintenance of client and counterparty reference static data with a focus on accuracy, controls, and service-level agreement delivery. You will coordinate daily work queues, coach analysts through exceptions and escalations, and uphold documentation and authorization standards before processing requests. You will partner with stakeholders to resolve issues, improve upstream submission quality, and deliver management information on volumes, quality, and productivity to support continuous improvement.
