
The Business Systems Analyst will translate business requirements into practical solutions across CRM and enterprise applications using AI and automation tools. They are responsible for building reports, troubleshooting system incidents, and identifying root causes to improve operational processes.
Candidates should have a degree in a related field and approximately 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in SQL, CRM platforms, Power BI, and the ability to use AI-assisted coding tools are required.

We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst. We offer flexibility in working conditions: you can work from one of our offices located across the country on a hybrid work model or you can work fully remote.
What will you do?
Reporting to the Director, Development & Infrastructure, you will partner with teams across CFIB to translate business needs into practical solutions across our CRM, reporting, and enterprise applications. Using AI and automation tools, you will analyze data, improve processes, build reports and dashboards, and support business users. You will also troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset.
