Job Summary: As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions within the organization. You will partner with hiring managers and department heads to identify staffing needs, source, screen, and interview candidates, and ensure a seamless hiring process. The IT Recruiter will help build a high-performance workforce by attracting and selecting the best talent for IT roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the client requirements and source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and databases.
  • Screen resumes, interview candidates, and conduct reference checks.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in the IT industry to target effectively and attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by guiding them through the recruitment process.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a technical recruitment role, preferably for Cloud based role (Oracle, Azure)
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates' technical abilities and cultural fit for the company.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills, with proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for a wide range of IT roles (e.g., Oracle , Technical Consultants).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Zoho) and recruitment software.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Well versed with Microsoft Excel, Word and PPT.
